How to configure your own domain

In order to setup your domain, you need to follow the steps described below. It's important to do everything in the specified order to make sure it works without problems.

As far as we know, your provider unfortunately does not allow you to configure the necessary settings. So you cannot set up your own domain for your Woopsite. Nevertheless, we will give you a list of the settings you need to make:

Unfortunately, we don't know your domain provider. Here is a list of the steps you need to take:

1. First you need to set a CNAME record for your domain , in order to connect it to Woopsite. Select the entry in the menu. Then choose the entry for your domain . The settings can be found in the section . If there are pre-existing CNAME records (but only for ) here, you need to remove them before the new record can be created. Click on the button to create the record. The record needs to have the value :

   IN CNAME

2. Now you need to create a redirect, so that your visitors are automatically forwarded from http:// to https://. Go to in the menu. Then choose the entry for your domain . The settings can be found in the section . Click the button to setup the redirection. Use https:/// as the target of the redirect.
3. Unfortunately it's not possible to create a redirect with your provider. Therefore, your visitors cannot visit , but need to go to instead.
4. Once you've made the changes as described above, our system will complete the setup automatically. For technical reasons, however, this may take some time, please be patient.
